To clear things up about this product. I read some of these reviews before i got my watch and i trusted the good reviews better than the poor one's. To start the watch doesn't measure in miles which is extremely annoying because we run mile paces not km paces. Second the despite what some reviews have said the watch can measure your weight in lbs and the directions are fairly easy to follow if you can read. The absolute worst thing about the watch is that you cannot reset the stopwatch...one other review did say that they couldn't either but I dismissed it. To get a new stopwatch time the only thing i have been able to do is reset the whole watch everytime which is a huge pain. Overall, there are much better watches out there for better prices and this one simply doesn't work! I strongly recommend a different product.
