I really love this pedometer. I have had other pedometers and they all seemed very "sensitive". I was wearing them all day to see how many steps per day I would take. This wasn't bought just to gage a run, or specifically for an exercise routing. Other pedometers I tried register every bump in the road, while driving, as a step -- greatly over estimating my steps. With others I could drive the kids to school (about a 4 mile drive) and register a couple hundred steps. This pedometer has a feature that only starts counting your steps after 10 CONSECUTIVE movements. It then adds these 10 steps onto the tally. I'm also amazed at the features... 7-day memory, clock, total steps, daily steps (which automatically reset every night at mid-night), distance travelled, calories burned, a daily goal that sounds a "notice" when you reach your goal, and total "active" time.
