I purchased this product at my local sporting goods. I figured since it was one of the most expensive pedometer models they offered, it would probably be the most accurate...WRONG. It did have some pretty cool features: counted distance in miles, in addition to steps; it has a pace "beeper" to keep you walking at a certain pace; stopwatch; 7-day tracking history.
I found it to be VERY inaccurate sometimes and VERY accurate other times. One morning I woke up and put it on as I got out of bed. I only walked about 5 steps around my bed, and the pedometer registered I was walked over 20. I even made sure to place it vertical and close to my body (per the directions).
When I walked on the treadmill, however, it was very accurate. It matched up nearly perfectly with the distace I had walked.
